EVANGELISTIC REPORT 2016.

EVANGELISTIC ACTIVITIES CARRIED OUT IN THE PROVINCE OF PUERTO PLATA, DOMINICAN REPUBLIC.

GENERAL RESUME FROM JANUARY TO SEPTEMBER- 2016.

Beloved brethren,

May love, peace and mercy of God be with you from now and forever.

We have been immersed in the work of the Lord, including advisory assignments and programs at national and international levels, to the glory of God and the blessing of his people.

Thanks to God, my family and I are well in general terms, and always seeking excellence in the Lord.

In the midst of the trials that inevitably befall us, God for His grace and mercy has blessed us and favored in our work inside and outside the city.

Our ten (10) areas of work and an equal number of congregations in the Puerto Plata province, continue to receive our support, guidance and advice in the Lord, in joint work with the love, solidarity and generosity of our sponsors in the mission of evangelization that the Lord has entrusted to us in this part of the world. The leaders of each congregation are doing their job with plenty of motivation, determination and vocation of service to the Lord. These men of God have been duly trained to every good work, who work together to your server in the congregation that meets at 27 de Febrero Av, 9-A, San Felipe, Puerto Plata, and who in turn direct and collaborate with other areas and congregations inside and outside the city, which represents a great blessing for the glory of God. Each week these fellow servants traveling to different places, the purposes of the mission that God has entrusted to them. Your server makes it from time to time, and each week at 27 de febrero Av and San Marcos, Puerto Plata, along with other fellow servants by the grace of God. Brothers Marcos Mercado, Javier Rosario, Leoncio de la Cruz and I are who are leading that congregation. We have meetings there on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday from 6:00 – 7:00 pm.

Thanks God the Planning Committee and I, meet on Thursday of each week and sometimes twice a month, depending on the needs and situations that we need to address. By the mercy of God we are holding our meetings with a fraternal behavioral attitude and mutual respect in the love of Christ, under the coordination of the fellow servant Marcos Mercado Vásquez, and my oversight and guidance  In these meetings not only plan, but we also know, we analyze and seek solutions in the Lord, to each individual situation and collective of the brotherhood in general, given the circumstances of the absence of elderly, which should arise and be established in due time by the Lord, in accordance with the qualifications and requirements established in 1Ti. 3:1-7, Titus 1:5-9, for which we must pray to God for this purpose, which is part of the organization of the Church and our responsibility before God.

The leadership team together with your server manages programs of the church. Each of them has a week to lead the Congregation, as part of their training in the exercise of their functions.

 ACTIVITIES IN PUERTO PLATA

REGULAR SERVICES:

Our regular cults at 27 de Febrero Av, are Wednesdays and Saturdays from 7.00 to 8.00 pm, and on Sundays from 9:00 to 10:30 am. On Sundays as today in which I preached, the conference hall was full of Christians and visitors. A lady went to forward to reconcile with the Lord.

PERSONAL EVANGELISM:

We continue our work by visiting families and individuals, giving them Bible studies in their homes and in other places, and visiting the brothers that need greater attention and spiritual strength. On Fridays we devote to the devotional in households, when people inside and outside the church so request. On Friday 16, we welcomed one in the house of the brother Julio Mena, who has for years suffering from a large tumor in her womb and in addition, was the victim of a thrombosis that affected relatively the mobility of one of his arms.

HUMANITARIAN WORKS:

By the grace of God we continue by overseeing the brotherhood with the Plan of benevolence and the offerings to the saints. We have a case at El Naranjal of Juan de Nina, where there is an old lady of more than 90 years (a black sister), who can’t walk and has no relatives that can help, except a nephew that provides her one meal a day, but doesn’t have no one to assist her in their physiological needs, baths, laundry and ironing clothes, no one to clean her house and sanitize her bed, i.e.; subject to a situation of extreme poverty. Thanks to God several years ago that we studied with her about the Lord was baptized carried the river sitting on a chair, and with great determination. Then to know their plight, we decided to hire a lady who is responsible for this work of love in the Lord, for the benefit of our sister and others, we will send you a purchase of food every month. We have two widows, one in Luperon and another in Novillero, Belloso and several priority cases of older and elderly ladies who are poor in Puerto Plata and other places, who we help regularly with medical care, food and clothing when necessary. Some of them are blind, others have paralysis caused by strokes, and others are sick of hypertension, diabetes and cancer etc. all to the honor of God. Stg. 2:15-16.

SPECIAL WORSHIP OF GRATITUDE:

In July 23rd 2016, twenty two (22) brothers and sisters of Puerto Plata and some of Imbert, traveled to El Estrecho, a location near El Ranchito de Los Vargas, where we have a family with members of the church and friends. It turns out that the daughter of the sister Miladis Rodriguez, who along with her husband have been teachers of school for many years, have the joy that her daughter Alfa, a doctor and just make a specialty in gynecology, so they invited us to offer God a service of gratitude, in which he spoke of the gospel to many people. The exhibitor guest was the brother Kendy Tamayo, leader of the church in Imbert, your server was the director and a team of brothers of Puerto Plata, including Felipe Payan, Luis Alvarez,

Daniel Sanchez and Joel Espinal took charge of the praise. In this activity we participate in a sumptuous banquet with roast pork and much more. Many relatives and friends came from Santo Domingo and other parts of the country.

DEATHS AND RELATED SERVICES:

In Novillero, a community near Belloso, brother Edilio died and in Luperon Brother Nicolas (black) died, both of cancer. Also my mother-in-law, Doña Altagracia (Tata) died.  The mother of the sister Arcelina died. She is the wife of the brother and fellow servant in the Lord, Joaquín Reyes Parra, and those who currently reside in Santiago and collaborate with the work of the Lord there. The lady who died lived in Estrecho. Also died the mother of the sister Aurita and grandmother of the sister Auris from El Ranchito de Los Vargas. Brother Ruber died in Estrecho.  He was a school teacher and member of the church at El Ranchito de los Vargas. He was the victim of a stroke. Under these circumstances we have preached funeral homes in Puerto Plata, and we have traveled several times in groups of brothers to these places, to extend our condolences and celebrate worship to God and preach the gospel to many people, who come together in solidarity with the mourners. Some of these places are more than an hour of Puerto Plata.

In July 11^th 2016, we held a memorial in the house of the Sister Angela Molina in Novillero, on the occasion of the departure of her husband, our brother Edilio. But aside from that Brothers Luis, Daniel and I were already there to perform the funeral.

In July 13th 2016 we were celebrating another great worship in El Estrecho, next to the relatives and friends of Brother Ruber, who died as a result of a stroke. The Brother Daniel Sanchez was the preacher, I was the director of worship and Luis Alvarez the director of the program.

On 5 August died the Brother Nicolas Days (bold) Luperon, as a result of cancer. The brothers Daniel, Eliezer, Alberto Sánchez and wife, accompanied the widow, our Sister Angela and other relatives.

On August 14th, five vehicles full of brothers (ace) of Puerto Plata, we traveled to Luperon, to hold a memorial next to the Sister Angela, relatives and friends. I directed the service, the brother Marcos Mercado was the presenter of the Word and a team of fellow servants he was in charge of directing the praises.

The Day 23 August we travelled a group of brothers (ACE) to the ceibita The Ranchito Vargas, for the purposes of giving the condolences to the sisters Aurita and Auris and other relatives, for the loss of her mother and grandmother.

BAPTISMS AND RECONCILIATIONS:

As we reported previously, a pair of brothers was baptized the 22-12- 2015, in Novillero, a town near Belloso. They are: Edilio Batista and Angela Molina, members of the church in Belloso. Several months ago, the brother Edilio died as a result of a cancer of prostate. The widow in their loneliness went to live in Villa Vasquez with some relatives, but then decided to return to his home, for which we are giving monitoring and preaching to others neighbors. This work is being carried out by the Brothers Luis Alvarez and Daniel Sanchez, and I travel there from time to time, in where we celebrated services next to the Sister Angela, neighbors  and daughters, who reside in Luperon and the visit from time to time.

On 24 January 2016, were baptized in Puerto Plata, the couple Victoria de la Cruz and Serbian Almonte, members of the Church of Christ in Los Sufridos and the sister Adalgisa, member of the church in the AV. 27 February. We made it in a pool in the house of the brother Rolando, his wife Margaret and children.

Two years ago, we had the honor to have with us a group of brethren from Garden Ridge church of Christ, TX. In the first trip was with us our dear brother Kerry, who is one of the elders in Garden Ridge church of Christ, and also came others sisters and brothers from there. In the second trip last year, other group from there were with us in Puerto Plata Province, to do several important works and activities in the Lord. In that moment, we are walking on a street of Belloso visiting some families. Brother Daniel Sánchez and I are leading that Salvation Army as soldiers of Christ, under the orders of the Commanding Officers: Philip, Larry and Ignacio. !“Yes Sir”! Ja,Ja, Ja. It was great.

The 28 - 6- 2016, was named Rosa Maria Mendoza grasses in Belloso. She is professor of school and lives with her husband and children to the side of the temple of meeting. Her husband Israel is an agronomist and works in the Office of the IAD in Belloso. He studies the word with Luis and Daniel, and visit the cults of the church. He it is who advises us in the process of title to the property of the church in Bell before the IAD, and is a great friend of ours.

On 11 September 2016, was baptized in Juan de Nina, Madam Perfect Almonte, mother of three of our brothers in Juan de Nina, Ramón, Luis and Genara. It was a beautiful experience in the Lord.

On 25 September 2016, was baptized Porfirio Polanco in Juan de Nina. It was great, to God´s glory.

When I finish to preach, Mr. Patricio, who has been a visitors at the church for a long time, received to Christ and we are preparing him to be immersed in Christ. He need resolve a situation in his life to do it, to be able to be born again. It´s to be born of water and the Spirit to get and to continue a new and holy life in the Lord. Hebrews 13:4. We are praying and helping him about that.

A BABY WAS BROUGHT TO THE LORD:

On 25 September 2016, a baby was brought to the Lord to request Him his blessing for her. Her parents were with her.

RECONCILIATION:

Several souls have been reconciled in the Lord, which is a process of regeneration that form part of this mission. 1Co. 10:12. 2CO.5:20.

MY BIRTHDAY:

On 15 March 2016, was my birthday I’m now 59, by the grace of God. Part of my family, Sister Lidia Heredia and children participated in a delicious cake and much more. It was a wonderful time. Fernando came from the countryside where he is living with his mother, his grandmother and relative, came to be with me in that activity. He is at the school there, and we are helping him in the love of Christ.

NATIONAL BROTHERHOOD- PUERTO PLATA -2016.

For the honor and the glory of God, the 27 of February of the year 2016, was held one of the national fraternities of the Churches of Christ in the Dominican Republic, which according to the appreciation of the great majority, this has been one, not to say the most crowded, better organized, better content, better logistics technique and with visitors very loved in the Lord, Texas, Orlando FL., Puerto Rico and Colombia. There is still talk about this great event fraternal as a model and example for the future. The assistance was more than four thousand (4,000.00) people, and nine (9) souls accepted the Lord.

From Texas have honored us with their presence and participation in the program, the brothers Larry Roper, who was accompanied by his wife, the sister Donna of the Church of Christ in Garden Ridge, TX., congregation that  is responsible and contact of our Christian mission in the United States, in relation to the other sponsors, and brother Kurt Hook, of the Church of Christ in Canton TX., who are part of our sponsors and those who came as representatives of the churches and sponsoring families of our mission in the Province of Puerto Plata, including Saturn Road, TX. We appreciate all the generosity and solidarity of our sponsors in the Dominican Republic, and in this fraternal event national scale. Our thanks go also to brother and friend Minister Jaques Phanor and the congregation represented by him in the Caicos Island, Providence, for their generosity in this event, to our brother and Minister Alberto Castañeda from Colombia, who was the keynote speaker at the National Brotherhood, which he shared with all a magisterial presentation, which still today is spoken and is valued, for the honor of God. The brother Wilson Álvares of Orlando FL., who is a brother who also appreciate and thank you for your vocation of service, demonstrated at the First International Meeting held in Orlando FL. In 2015, who was commissioned to mobilize hundreds of brothers (AS) from the airport to the place of the event and other places in your vehicle, event which we really enjoyed, organized by the brother Julio Beitía, his wife and other collaborators. To Brother Jaime Gullette, Minister in Arecibo, Puerto Rico, who came of surprise, you valuable and pleasant surprise for us, accompanied by his wife Connie. We regret that the elderly and preacher in Gurabo, Puerto Rico, the brother Felix Roldán, for health reasons couldn’t travel from Santo Domingo to Puerto Plata. All of them brothers and sisters’ very dear friends in the Lord, and to whom we are very grateful for their solidarity, generosity and for joining us in this event fraternal, and participate in the content of the program developed for the glory of God and the blessing of his people. All did a wonderful job.

The technical equipment, the directors of the program groups of songs of Santo Domingo, such as the messengers of God and the Choir of the church in Ozama and the other fellow servants, who participated in the program content, managers and teams working in different areas, the solidarity of the national brotherhood, the members of the Air Force and the National Police, photographers, director of video cameras, the Planning Committee host and the solidarity and generosity of the brotherhood of Puerto Plata and the Ministry of ladies, the Advisory Commission of the Brotherhoods nationals, the Committee Pro-Construction, my wife Jeannette and our daughters, Junior sound for their valuable advice, generosity, solidarity and professional logistics Our disposal, International Water for their generosity, the administration of the Sports Center General Gregorio Luperón for your attention, and to all those who in some way collaborated and participated in this great event, who did an excellent job for the glory of God, so that we are honored and I extend our gratitude for this joint work of unity in the love of Christ, and by whom we ask God the richest blessings, with awareness referred to in 1Co. 15:58. God is God! And it is always his mercy.

Here I´m giving gratitude to God and to all the people, who were working and helping in this National Brotherhood – Puerto Plata- 2016.

 WEDDINGS IN PUERTO PLATA:

On 23 January, legalized and legitimized their marriage before the civil official, the brothers Servio Almonte and victory of the Cross, according to the council of God.

WEEK OF PRAYERS:

This is a spiritual exercise that, several congregations of the ministry that the Lord has entrusted to us, we practice from time to time, in addition to our regular cults, for the purposes of dedicate ourselves to the Lord, give thanks and request your mercy and blessing for his people throughout the world and for the whole of humanity that does not know you.

MORNING WORSHIP:

The month of August was spent from Monday to Friday during the hours of 6:00 - 7:00 am, to the holding of the devotional (morning). We started with 27 souls, then we increase to 42, then you come to 52, and we close this spiritual exercise with 53 brothers and sisters. In closing we enjoyed a delicious breakfast fraternal. This was carried out in the local church meeting, in the Av. 27 February No. 9-A, Puerto Plata. In this spiritual exercise of living sacrifice in the Lord, we were part of an experience of spiritual strengthening very special, where we rejoice together in the Lord, praise to God, we meditated on his Word and we pray for as many purposes as we, for the benefit of those who are inside and outside of the People of God, for the purposes of that his mercy reach us, because achieving the objective of the guarantee of salvation in Christ is not, nor will it be as easy as some believe. 1Pd.4:17-19.

The brothers of Juan de Nina also held morning services as well as the brethren of Los Sufridos and San Marcos held a prayer week. It´s celebrating meetings every night.

GREAT DENTAL OPERATING HELD IN PUERTO PLATA:

By the grace of God, on 6 August we in Puerto Plata an important free medical operating in the area of dentistry, involving eleven (11) specialists in Santo Domingo, R.D., including our daughter, Dr. Jeannelly Jeannelly Mercado de Sansary. This operation is held every year in different provinces of the country, and in this year by the grace of God, it was decided to celebrate it in the benefit of the brotherhood of the Church of Christ in the Puerto Plata province, and non-Christian people of scarce economic resources. It was an excellent humanitarian work. Dr. Oceania Matos, mother-in-law of our daughter Jeannelly, next to their sons Joan and Luiyi, is responsible for organizing this medical operating next to the staff of its two successful and blessed clinics in Santo Domingo, according to the promise of the bible which says that: "giving is as received". An average of one hundred and seventy (170) people, including children, young people and adults, were beneficiaries with this labor of love in the Lord, for which we are very grateful to our God, with the sister Matos and his team of dentists with the address of the school Anther Mota, by provide us with so much love the installations of this educational building, and with all those who in some way collaborated in this humanitarian work, for the honor of God and a blessing to many souls.

 INAUGURATION OF THE TEMPLE IN SOSUA, PUERTO PLATA:

On 16 August of the current, was inaugurated the temple property of the Church of Christ in Sosua, as a result of the draft Pro-Construction of the Church of Christ at the national level. This project consists in that each congregation of the church of the Church of Christ in the country, contributes with a background of personal contributions, for the purposes of that in each National Brotherhood is take luck and a congregation that does not have its own local for the worship to be benefited. In 2015, was benefit the church in Sosua, Puerto Plata. Thanks be to God, the ten (10) congregations with which we collaborate in the province, seven (7) already have their own local, two of which as a result of this project, for which we are grateful to our God, to the national brotherhood, and to the Committee that directs this project, integrated in this period, by the Ministers Alexis Peña, Gregorio Carmona and Alfonso Silverio, under the coordination of Alexis Peña Sosa.

The inauguration was attended by many brothers and sisters of the Puerto Plata province, and we had the honor of having with us by the grace of God, three of the team of elders and one of the deacons of the Church of Christ that meets in the Ensanche Ozama, Santo Domingo, the largest congregation in members of the country, and with a ministry to be imitated by the grace of God. The elderly are: Federico Martinez, Luis Galan, Fredy Buldier. Also they honored us with their presence two of the three preachers and members of the Committee Pro-construction, i.e.; Alexis Peña and Gregory Carmona. A brother and daughter, members of the Church of Christ of the Ensanche Altagracia we also visited. The program was developed in two parts. In the morning the Brother Alexis had a historic exhibition allusive to the achievements of the pro-construction, and in the afternoon the brother Federico Martinez, preached the message of the word of God. The program was developed with the participation of all our visitors of Santo Domingo. The Brothers Marcos and Buldier directed the program. Brother Alberto Sánchez, leader of the church in Sosua, and who is well versed in the field of construction, made important economic contributions and the refurbishment and conditioning of the premises, and also did the same in the assembly of this activity. Our brother Alberto had the words of Thanks, your server coordinated a section of the program, and Brother Daniel Sánchez, was the photographer who did a good job opening ceremony. We enjoyed a delicious lunch with a roast pork by the brothers of the mountain of Juan de Nina, roasted chicken, a pot of Rice and Pigeon Peas cooked in firewood in the courtyard of the premises, under the direction of my wife Jeannette and a team of ladies of Sosua and Puerto Plata, including salads and a snack, which we enjoy in a big way by the grace of God. The decor was in charge of my wife, the sister Nuris, wife of Brother Alberto and a team of ladies of Sosua.

Thank God we did a joint work program, but the most sought was our brother Alberto, for the honor of God. Thanks to the Lord for this great achievement and blessing.

In that moment, we began the meeting with the program of the morning. Marcos Mercado was the director, and Brother Alexis Peña Sosa was the speaker. Brother Alexis like Brother Pascual Pérez, is other of the best Dominican preacher in Santo Domingo. He is the Ensanche Altagracia church of Christ preacher. He has made a big work in the church of Christ inside and outside the country. He was talking about the draft Pro-construction of the church of Christ at the national level.

VIOLENT ACCIDENT IN PUERTO PLATA AND THE MANIFESTATION OF THE MERCE OF GOD:

In mid-August, in the process of development of the dailies, the brothers Rolando, Ivo, Juli and homeland, after having participated in the morning of that day, came out in the rain toward the city of Santiago, and it came to pass that coming to the vicinity of the new Port of cruises, one of the tires of the jeepeta is exploded, the vehicle is swept impacting on the front with the metal rails of the road, turned a 180 and struck again with the rear, the second wheel esploded. The ladies who had removed the belt momentarily when prior to the accident had entered the fuel station, with the impact both left through the glass behind the vehicle, Yuli fell near the curb and Patria fell in the middle of the road or Avenue. When Rolando the driver and the vehicle owner left the Jeepeta disconcerted, the vehicle is automatically stuck and Brother Ivo could not exit to help his wife. When he tried to leave by the glass already broken, finally one of the back doors opened, he escaped and moved his wife from the middle of the road, who was unconscious and with a wound and severe blows on her head. Immediately the two ladies were taken to a health center to Puerto Plata. Your server was coming to the house after the early morning, when the wife of Rolando informed us of the accident, I immediately returned, I passed by her and her daughter and we arrived at the place of the accident. There were the authorities because the Jeepeta was already mounted on a tow truck , the brother Rolando was already more calm, and then we went out to the Medical Center, while Brother Rolando came out with the authorities to lift the accident report.

Beloved and dear friends in the Lord, if the test does not come, how can we see the arm of mercy of God extended to our favor? It is clear that, in a Av. where pass vehicles with frequency and relatively high speed, at that time not passed until the sister homeland was removed from the road, the next day morning, Yuly was with us, Patria had internal injuries and remained in the hospital for several days and thanks to God, she is again with us flocking together with the other thanking and praising the Lord. The two boys do not nothing happened by the mercy of God, and by having posts at that time the safety belts. The cost of repairing the Jeepeta is above of the hundred thousand ($100,000.00.) Dominican pesos, which explains the severe damage that suffered this vehicle with the impacts. This experience is a clear manifestation of the love and mercy of God for these souls, for families and brotherhood in Puerto Plata. Before leaving for a trip they were first to morning, following the advice of God referred to in Mt. 6:33. To Him be the glory for ever and ever, "Amen!

YOUTH ACTIVITIES:

The youth of Puerto Plata are focused in the Lord, by the mercy of God. They celebrate their regular meetings to study the Word, participate actively in the worship services the regular church. They participate each year in the National Youth Camp that is held every year in Jarabacoa. In this year participated in the Plan of evangelization National, in Santiago and in the biblical confrontation held earlier this year in Santo Domingo. This confrontation is to study each year a book of the Bible, where participation of young people from different congregations of the Church of Christ in the country. Thanks to God in the last two competitions, Puerto Plata was in third and second place, so they received congratulations for your effort, on the part of the Organizing Commission and judges, and received a certificate and a silver medal. This spiritual exercise illustrates our young people in the Lord and in addition, keeps them busy and relatively outside of the bad influences and addiction of social networks.

 LADIES EVENTS:

The ladies are progressing in their activities and meetings, with which the men participated in a great activity as guests in a cult of gratitude to God, in the new house acquired by the Sister Elizabeth (daughter), her husband James and daughters. There we enjoyed a devotional of gratitude to God, and a delicious dinner. The Sister Elizabeth, by circumstances of residence etc., passes a time with their daughters in the United States, and when it comes contributes with a lot of love together with the sister Nuris, with the Sunday school children and with the Ministry of the ladies, for the glory of God.

SUNDAY SCHOOL CHILDREN:

Our children are still being educated in the Lord every Sunday by the grace of God.  Your teacher is the sister Nuris, who is the wife of Brother Alberto Sánchez.

RADIO PROGRAM:

Thanks be to God, our radio program goes ahead. The team of exhibitors continues doing a good job, our audience continues to grow and call us in different places to tell us that are loyal listeners, including friends and brothers of the country and the United States through the Internet: master 106.com.do from 7:00 - 8:00 am. Brother Joel, one of our young valuable, who is the master control of our radio program, now by the grace of God is working in a television channel, for which we are very grateful to our God for this great blessing.

In last years for the glory of God, we have been the honor to have preachers from the United States and Puerto Rico preaching in our Radio Program. They are Kurt Hook from Canton, TX., Philip Nichol and Ignacio Ríos from Garden Ridge, TX., and in this year, Jaime Gullette from Arecivo church of Christ, Puerto Rico. It has been great for the glory of God and our blessing.

RECENT GROUP TRIP IN TO JUAN DE NINA:

The Sunday 11-2016, after going to the radio program and participate in the cult of the worship of the congregation which meets in the Av. 27 February, a group of nine brothers and sisters we prepare to travel to Juan de Nina, for the purposes of baptizing the lady perfecta Almonte and participate in the worship together with the brothers from there. This Sister is the mother of three of the brothers in Juan de Nina, i.e.; Luis, Ramon and Genara Almonte. It was wonderful to cross the River, and climb the mountain on foot, action that only do the most robust, by the grace of God. We baptized our sister in a font that is nourished by the waters emanating from the bowels of the mountain. It is fresh water and pure, even to take it. (To drink). It is a wonder of the creation of God. In this work of Juan de Nina have collaborated different menservants and maidservants, some of whom now live in Canada and in Santo Domingo. Currently the leaders are: Nelson Cruz, of the church that meets at Av. 27 February, Puerto Plata, who travels on Sundays with his wife in occasions, sometimes only and also next to other men. Felipe Payan (Gonzales) leader in the suffered, Puerto Plata, and who built the temple in Juan de Nina and brother Leoncio of the Cross (Roberto), the church in San Marcos, are those traveling together on Wednesday. They and the other members of our work teams and leaders, are true soldiers of Christ Jesus in the trench of the honor which is in Christ Jesus. Joshua 1:9, 1Co. 15:58.

 SPECIAL BIBLICAL STUDY.

On September, brother Alberto Sánchez, who is Sosua church of Christ´s preacher and also, who is member and one of the workers together with me in Puerto Plata, gave to the congregation an important biblical study about the Royal Priesthood. He made a good job about that. He gave Bibles as present for the best two students. They were Marcos Mercado Vásquez and Soleidy Hernández.

MEETINGS OF CHURCH LEADERS AND WIVES AT THE NATIONAL LEVEL:

The days 8,9,10 of July 2016, we welcome the VII National Meeting of leaders of the Church of Christ and their wives, in Najayo, San Cristobal, Dominican Republic. This was wonderful. This Conference Center is seven hours of travel from Puerto Plata. From here we travel: Luis Ávarez and wife, Daniel Sanchez, Imbert brother Kendy Tamayo and wife, and I Lucrecio Mercado. All comfortable in our van, which has proved to be a great blessing of God for all. Unfortunately my wife could not accompany us on this occasion, by reason of the health situation of her mother at that time. I am going to resend the report with photos and videos of this important event fraternal leaders and wives. It was an event of great content for building and brotherly love, with the participation of speakers of Chile, and the Dominican Republic. Also honored us with their presence the evangelist Miranda of the United States.

MEETING OF ELDERLY, PREACHERS AND EVANGELISTS AT NATIONAL LEVEL:

On 3 September of the current, we welcome the most recent national meeting of leaders of the Church, in which we treat matters of national interest. Among the projects that we are related to the fund to assist the leaders of the church and wives in their old age, and health status, the project for the construction of a camp or conference center for the church at the national level, in the province of Monte Plata, where we have a field of 50 Work Tasks property of the church. I was assigned to address this agenda topic, and it was decided that I would be the coordinator and supervisor of the Commission in charge of that project. Also addressed issues relating to the Draft Pro-construction, and everything related to the next National Brotherhood, which will be held with the favor of God in 2017, in San Juan de la Maguana city, R.D.

With me travel: Daniel Sanchez from Puerto Plata, Kendy Tamayo from Imbert, Joaquín Reyes Parra and Nelson Duarte from Santiago. Unfortunately Brother Luis Alvarez could not accompany on this occasion by reason of health. That meeting was great.

We want to inform you and remind you that, in 2017 with the favor of God, be held the II International Meeting in Orlando FL. Many brothers and sisters of different parts of the country, including several of Puerto Plata, will participate in this event Fraternal, if it is the will of God. Also that the III International Meeting of 2018, will be organized by us in the Dominican Republic with the favor of God.

The Ibero-American Meeting will be held in Colombia in this year 2016, which also some ministers of the country will participate, with the favor of God. Please pray for all these projects and activities. Thanks.
